By using our SideCar Leads beta application for one-to-one lead generation, you agree to the following terms:
1. Data Use
You acknowledge and agree that all lead data provided through this application is confidential and intended solely for your direct use in the one-to-one lead matching process within the SideCar beta environment.
2. Permitted Storage
You may store lead data within your internal systems or CRM solely for the purpose of legitimate follow-up and servicing of matched leads. Any such storage must comply with these terms and applicable data protection laws.
3. No Sharing or Selling
You agree not to share, sell, transfer, license, or otherwise disclose any lead data to third parties—including affiliates, downstream agents, marketing partners, or aggregators—for any purpose outside the scope of this beta program.
4. Purpose Limitation
Lead data may only be used for direct communication and follow-up with the matched lead. You may not use this data for marketing unrelated products, repurpose it for other campaigns, or duplicate it beyond what is necessary for compliant CRM use.
5. Data Protection
You agree to take commercially reasonable steps to protect lead data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse, and to comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws.
6. Beta Conditions
As a beta participant, you acknowledge that this application is in active development and subject to change. Access may be modified or revoked at any time, including in cases of suspected non-compliance or misuse of lead data.
7. Termination & Compliance
Upon termination of your access to the beta program—or upon request—you agree to permanently delete any lead data stored outside the SideCar platform. You also agree to confirm compliance with this request in writing, if asked.
8. Agent Data Use
By enrolling as an agent, you authorize SideCar Leads to use your submitted information—including name, photo, biography, licensing information, and general location—for the purpose of generating and displaying one-to-one lead matches. This may include presenting your profile to potential clients via SideCar-owned websites, marketing materials, or lead forms. Your data will not be sold or distributed beyond the scope of our internal matching system or its directly associated marketing activities.
